We got in two sets of these at the shop yesterday...one for my truck...all done up in white...and one for our other truck here..raw..that we finished in Gloss Black powdercoat today then added purple ghost flames.....

These are awesomely overbuilt parts for sure.

now that i can see what its about, without the block style, pm me a price, of whats in those pics.

i like the simple axle clamp style of that.

using the 2" tubing and associated hardware, not the lighter stuff. im all about overkill.

in that price, include a price powder coated black, and the raw finish ill paint.

Really really really cant wait. I feel like a little kid waiting for christmas.LOL

Hell you think that's bad.....try having them but not being able to install them till Friday night

Holy smokes those are over built. Why no powder coat?

Wasn't sure what I wanted to do with them......paint them black, paint them blue to match the Fabtech shocks, rhino line them, or just clear coat them to show off the level/quality of fab work involved

Trevor are you just doing joints only on one end now? What joint is that on these last pics?

Still using a poly joint on the axle side same as before, the housing is simply welded to the bar. It allows the gusset to be apart of the endlink and makes for a stronger joint. The joint on the frame side is a johnny joint with poly races to allow articulation and still absorb road vibrations and noise.

Where does the poly joint go on the axle side in the short tube? On the frame side you are using a Johnny joint what about the Ballistic 3" joint that you mentioned earlier? Is the Johnny joint a better option?

Ballistic is the company that makes the joint. Its a johnny joint design. The poly bushings fit inside the tubing that is pictured.

Thought I would take a little break from the summer heat and post up some pics of my progress so far......

Had to drill and tap for the supplied Allen head bolt, to act as an extension for the "nipple" on the lift block, wasn't too bad, just be sure to drill directly in the middle as possible

Then I got the rest of the pieces cleared coated......for now, I really like Trevor's work, so decided to leave it raw but protected. Took the axle and leafs apart so I could sandwich the plate and bolt on the bottom plate. Holes lined right up the first time, pretty impressed

Gonna have to drill and tap some small holes for the brake line mounts but no big deal
