This is were everyone gets confused. MPD says they can hold max icp on 285s. People they are flowing 285 on a flow bench
Other venders say 205s are the biggest, when useing the 205cc, they are refering to what the injectoe is capable of holding internaly
Yep, doesnt mean its going to flow 205cc though!
There is no set standard in the 6L world as to how 6L injectors are measured. I've seen two sets of warren injectors that are way biggerr than what they were told they werre, that's why they smoked more than other vendors, now on the flip side of that we've all heard "my 190s don't smoke at all" that's cause they weren't 190s. I really wish there was a standard on how they are all sized. 100% nozzles in a crew cab went 10.60@131. Well over a 1000hp. So why guys are putting 150s in 190cc or 225cc stix is beyond me. The 100% is gonna atamize the fuel better for ya, giving you better fuel only numbers and cleaner running trucks on the street.
Pizza pig made a good choice in staying with 100's. If anyone has proof that my statement is incorrect, please correct me and I'm sorry in advance

With bobs pump in the older trucks do 225cc hold icp

nozzles larger than 100s seem to only benefit large conventionls or huge hybrids, with more than stock oil. My 150s were clean as a whistle WOT with a 66, but they hazed a decent amount at idle and at certain throttle positions.
The 150s dont run hot though as one might think.
edit: damn shawn beat me to it lol.

I've heard that with 205cc and higher injectors...the spill ports are plugged. Is there a reason why the spill ports are plugged? Do they have to be plugged and what would happen if they don't get plugged? Do all injector builders plug the spill ports on injectors 205cc and higher?
