I've heard that with 205cc and higher injectors...the spill ports are plugged. Is there a reason why the spill ports are plugged? Do they have to be plugged and what would happen if they don't get plugged? Do all injector builders plug the spill ports on injectors 205cc and higher?

Are you talking about the return? The part in the pic below, cause if so my 225s aren't. Tyler at RCD told me that's the difference between 225s and 255s though. You take a 225 and weld over it, then u have a 255. Everybody feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, cause I probably am. Lol ImageUploadedByTapatalk1356497677.952355.jpg

Pretty much, it really is dependent on how much the plunger is, machined (if that's how they were built)

I think some builders plug stock sticks to make 155's if I am not mistaken...I personally like the machining technique better and leave the spill ports open so they can work the way they were designed...

If you don't know how to measure the internals, and figure out what the internal capacity is and how to machine them, you shouldn't be throwing #s out there. The numbers you mentioned about are wrong. Sorry to inform u

What I think he meant was u can take whatever the internals measure out to be then add a little to that if the ports are welded over. That was the part I was unsure of, but I can guarantee you that mine are 225s
