I could take vids of it brake torquing to watch pinion angle movement but no driving vids since I don't have a go pro or anything.

I would like to answer but i cant make sense of what you typed there... the lower mounts are about 4'' below the axle if thats what your meaning.

Ballistic calls it spread, the distance from the center of the axle to the center of the bolt used too mount the bar to the bracket . You can get a 7,8, or 9 spread, not bad for the money I thought. 32 bucks a piece . I can make my own like you did, just need too get the steel for them. The rest I'm going to make myself, only thing I'm going to do different is not use the ends like yours. Gonna weld a tube cross ways at the ends use poly bushings sleeved for a 9/16 bolt. Picture a pan hard bar only longer.

There probably about a 6" spread then, I'd have to measure.
I would highly recommend using a heim at one side atleast your gonna want the adjustability when you install em IMO. Any aftermarket pan hard bar is gonna have adjustability. I built my lower 3 link arms on my ranger like your talking about welded tube and poly bushing then used a 3" Johnny joint on the other side.

Ok, thanks. I was thinking the same thing too about mine, putting a bung in one end so I can adjust it if need be. You can buy Pro comp's that are just a bar with cross ends like I was gonna do, but I do like the idea of being able to adjust them some. I,ve got all the pipe here for the bars thems selves just need to come up with the brackets at the ends. I was gonna buy the Ballistic ones for the axle and make my own for the frame. Just trying to keep the cost down since I,ve got a bunch of other things I,m doing to the truck at the same time, LOL.
I,m thinking if I build a set fro around 200 ish I,ll be happy.

How happy have you been with your design and bar end choices?

I'm thinking about building a very similar setup for mine.

Thanks!
