Mines been gone for two years now, no issues. Tired of fighting around it and just grabbed it and yanked it off. Ain't no way I'd pay 300 for that thing
Has anyone tried the headlight bulbs yet? Very interested, have been putting off buying hid's due to reliability issues. If these do truly rival the brightness of hid's I'm all in.

Honestly I hated driving the early lockup files on my stage 3, but I agree the exit strategy is what matters in my opinion. I'm def going to get towhaul modified on all my dd tunes just so I can control it if I want to.
You would be able to tell a noticeable difference. If it is identical to the old one your good to go. The stc fittings have a large center in between where it screws to the hpop and mounts to the branch tubes. That's if your replacing it with the solid tube, not another stc fitting.
Not to my knowledge it wasn't. Last time I saw it, still had some no start issues on occasion. He replaced the cps I believe, but like you said it's definitely a work of art, but definitely a little bit complicated under the hood.
I've replaced my actuator motor. Had only defrost. Heat was fine but I'm assuming it stuck in that position. Once you yank the motor off you can physically turn the door though.
