    The inner fender well is less than 10 bolts and sometimes I've taken out 3, folded the liner and accessed IDM. Lots of regurgitation here. The injectors are not firing. Bottom line. Easiest is to swap IDM if you proofed power to it is good.

    IDM swap is 3 minutes. You don't even unbolt it just pull harness and hang tester off the side.

    Why don't we leak check the system first with shop air? I don't care if you replaced all the tubes and plugs. Improper install and cheapo parts can bite you. I just had a E series in that had the stc, tubes and plugs on both sides changed 6 months ago at another shop. They were all 3 blown...

    I've got a dieselsite hpop in a truck with probably 200k on it and the truck gets oil changed once a year. I'd stick with the old style pump. Not worth the swap. If you have no lpo the check ball had probably fallen out of the hpop. A guy like you would tap the port and insert a thread plug...

    It should have resistance colder, like try to spin it by hand (engine off).. Then when warm/hot that fan should be pretty much locked on, if I know a fan clutch is bad/worn, I'll use a piece of cardboard to try and stop the fan from spinning with engine running.
