I'd go way bigger on the lp charger. Like .88 or even .94. Even then, I'd think the 364 will limit you. What hp level are you shooting for? Your injectors, with head work and cam, etc, should push you close to, and possibly over, 700 hp, if you can get it cleaned up. Free internet advice...- psduser1

Save your money on the dual disc clutch and put it towards a good automatic. "Dual disc" and "fast" dont belong in the same sentence. Not saying it can't be fun, but keeping everything together behind the engine will get old. Quickly!- psduser1

That would point to a compression issue, in my mind. Low cranking speed, poor ring sealing, or, possibly, valves not sealing, will not allow enough cylinder pressure to build, resulting in no fire. How long did your replacement engine sit before you bought it? As in, are the fuel and oil rails filled? I've had a couple engines that needed a lootttt of cranking for a first fire up, especially higher mileage engines that had been sitting for a while.- psduser1

Double, triple check the 42 pin connector on the drivers side head. Before you crank the engine, check the oil level in the hpop reservoir, it should be about an inch below the top. No oil=no injection event. Do you have a battery charger hooked up while cranking? Slow cranking or low...- psduser1

Anyone relocated glow plug relay to R fender?
Hopefully the pics are right side up, lol. I opened up the harness, and moved the appropriate wires over to the rh fender and retaped the harness. All the joints are soldered, and shrink tubed, never had any problems with corrosion. Obviously, the vacuum airbox is gone, but the heater...- psduser1
