Turbo pedestal oil leak after replacing O rings
That looks good! He removed the "damper"- the butterfly part that stops exhaust flow. Oil flow is bottom to top, and vice versa, for supply, and return, respectively. Those ports are covered with tape in the pics. His pics are showing the weld "repairs" on the side of the mounts. I did it...- psduser1

2wd excursion suspension upgrades
Any idea what the weight ratings were on the coil springs? Any difference in ride height between them? And we're those oe springs, or aftermarket? I wouldn't mind a couple inches taller, just don't want to go to a 6 inch lift or anything like that. I have a 4x4 that is a bit too tall for...- psduser1

02 excursion
Alright fellas, I've got an 02 excursion for sale.... I actually have two, one has to go. Both are high mile trucks, but serviceable. Both are 7.3, limited Truck one - 4x4, 260k mi, converted from 4x2, so the 4x light doesn't activate when it's locked in 4 wheel. Never could find the right... -

Maybe double check the pedestal bolts, clean it up again. Sounds like it is better, possible its residual.- psduser1

Thats a leak, definitely shouldn't have that. Id still drive it. No other input, I guess, except maybe the mounting surface isn't flat? Are you sure it's not running down the back of the pedestal from the turbo itself? As in from between the turbo and mount? There is a shadow at the top...- psduser1

Yea, I'd expect all the pieces in a kit to work as intended. Just talking about possibilities. Sounds like you had other issues with the kit, which kinda surprised me. The stuff I've bought from them worked well.- psduser1

Sounds like the wrong size orings first time around, maybe. Mm/sae can be quite close, especially in the smaller sizes. Brown vs black usually is a material difference in the oring, probably no big deal. The smaller oring is the pressurized oil, the larger hole is the return. If the smaller...- psduser1
