3924 psig maximum HPOP discharge pressure is pretty good ...... Doesn't sound like a bad HPOP or a high pressure oil system leak to me. -

ICP issue ?
The oil pressure sensor ONLY goes to the dash gauge. It is not even connected to the PCM. It plays no part in any engine operational strategy. -

Not sure why the ICP sensor would cause raw fuel to be dumped, but sounds like it needs to be replaced (or the connector/pigtail needs replacing). -

The white exhaust smoke sounds like an injector dumping fuel. You can do a lot of damage to the engine if you drive it without addressing that issue. The ICP might be an issue also, but the injector issue is a priority to resolve. -

IMO many/most of the high flow oil coolers do not cool as well as OEM -

The best thing to do if you STRONGLY suspect the relay is to just cut the wires to/from that particular relay and add one to the wiring external to the CJB. If I have some time, I will try to look up the connector number and wire color. -

The ground is the G100 (black wire). Firewall drivers side IIRC. Power is supplied through the CJB relay connector C270h (TN/OG wire). You can pull the fog lamp connectors C152 and C162 and turn the fog lamp switch on ..... see if there is voltage between the power wire (TN/OG) and the... -

It is likely to be a starter issue, but that said - even new batteries can be bad. Seen it too many times. Just checking static voltage isn't a good way to be sure of battery health. A load test is best. If you are watching the ICP value when cranking, and your cranking rpms are that slow... -

2005 CCSB fuel tank question
You don't have to pull the tank. You can raise the bed. Remove the bed bolts up by the cab. Just loosen the ones near the tailgate. You may need an impact to get the bolts lose, but if you have one, the job is easier this way. After that, you can tilt the bed up w/ a jack. Support it w/... -

I agree w/ Zeb - the OP didn't say anything about hard start when cold or rough running once started. Stiction will usually cause these issues as well as the white smoke. For the description, the smoke / unburned fuel is pretty significant. From that, IMO it is a full blown injector issue. -
