btw - you do not have a "manifold gauge" sensor. The manifold gauge pressure (boost) is determined by subtracting the Baro from the MAP. -

ForScan and Torque Pro are both good. IMO ForScan will read codes more thoroughly. -

I am not sure how you can say the injectors are good, but assuming that, have your mechanic check out FICM volts. Hopefully you are using a thorough code scanning tool. -

Quite frankly the only thing that fits (IMO anyway) is a leak between the LPOP and HPOP. From what you say you have plenty of low pressure when cranking (the regulator opens at 70 psig) and you have adequate high pressure when it starts and idles. Only when you try to get more high pressure... -

I would pull the intake hose off of the turbo and the air filter and see if it needs cleaning. Probably all gone through the engine by now though. The oil gets 50 degrees hotter in the pan than what you see on the oil temperature gauge. At 250+ degrees, you can have a pretty high percentage... -
