2000 7.3 powerstroke burning oil
Sounds like valves seals to me...Hard to say with out being there.. While your in there you can check injector O-rings do seals and some 910s -

I would love to see a GTX4294R or a GTX4202R on a 6.4.. I love my GTX4294R I know it's not Apples to Apple's mine is on a 7.3.. The gtx is the wheel The r is ball bearing- smoker00

GTX4294R owners...
Yes supply from the top... I just cut it.. added some hose and hooked it to the top.. then the other end to the bottom.. no t... in it at all.. one thing good about this way I have heat fast...hope this helps..- smoker00

Air to Air, Water to Air, or No Intercooler at all?
If its a DD/Puller/race truck I would four sure do a cooler on my old truck i went from air to air to a air to water egt came down about 200... If its a puller/racer I would do an ice box. But I would run one for sure.. I won't bring water I run 1100 psi..lol Hope this helps... Wanted to...- smoker00

Turbo to match 238/80 injectors
I would do a s400 of some sort in the 66 range. I loved my h2 with 160/100. Then a modified h2 with 250/200.. Now with my b-codes with my GTX4294R is sweet.. spools super fast.. If I didn't have the money I would do the S400 ..if I had a few bucks I would do I GTX4294R.- smoker00

BTS Big Oil
I have a twin BTS on my truck love it I have big b-codes it holds icp no problem... in my opinion this is the best big oil kit you can get...acts like stock but with lots of oil.. im not doing any other kit out there it has worked well for me... this is a good deal mine was like 3k...- smoker00
