Think of the 4R100 as if it were an E4OD. Use your T case with the E4 crossmember and drive shaft. it will bolt right up.:D

Transmission cooler lines

The bypass is to prevent damage if the cooler becomes plugged. LPD 47391 is a tranny cooler.

trans problems, again...

If you have reverse, it's not the pump or converter. Check the feed bolts. If they are loose it will cause no forward movement.

Not really. Output line (front) to the radiator. From the radiator to your aux cooler. From the aux cooler to the return line (rear). :D

DIY transmission rebuild kit...

A good straight edge should be added to the list of tools. Check the valve body as well as the case for straightness. Any minor discrepanies can be cleaned up with an oil stone. :D

electrical connection?

Engine harness. Unplug it and clean the connector. Better yet remove the two large wires and splice them together. This will save the connector from burning up.:D

32 to 3500 RPMs governed. If you want to save fuel. drive it slow. If you want power, what little there is. Drive it like you stole it. LOL Any IDI I have driven has hit the govenor on a regular basis.:D

I can't say that I love the IDI. It isn't a bad engine. You have to understand that the engine is designed for gram pa and his driving style.LOLLOL
