    is anyone noticing the trucks running hotter or anything else since they put the lightbars in the bumper? I will be installing mine when i get home from deployment but dont want to install in the bumper if it will cause an issue.

    honestly i never seen one made of leather. mine was a vinyl covered fabric. But yes they will work, just make sure you get 2 per stack, and have them predrill the whole for symmetry.

    i had gotten 4 rings made out of steel, and powder coated in wrinkle black to sandwich the material to stop it from melting (2 rings to each stack, one for on top of material and one beneath the material. unfortunately i measured wrong and the inner diameter was 1/16" larger than the stacks...

    i had them on my 99 and i had a tonneau. I just cut the holes for the stacks, and shoved them through. the tonneau melted just enough to no longer interfere. i drove cross country with the tonneau cover and stacks with no issues at all. My stacks were also powdercoated "muffler black".
