    Oil leak

    The oil leak is back. I can see it coming between the bell housing and the transmission then making its way to the lower oil pan. It doesn't seem like rear mains on 6.7s are a common spot to leak. The ford tech said he used a dye to determine where the leak was originally. Any other suggestions?

    I may try tyrant in the future. I have GH with the SOFT on my 15. This thing rolls coal in every tune. I almost think something's wrong with the tunes.

    Even if I put the fan to max I still have to cycle the button to get it to work Correctly. I think it's the cheap electronic actuator for the recirc door.

    That's not what I was saying. If I get it the truck after it's been sitting and turn the Ac on in recirc/max Ac it doesn't blow as hard as it should. I have to Cycle recirc button once for it to actually work correctly.

    My Ac sucks too in my 15. Pretty much every time I get in I have to cycle the recirculate button so the Ac blows hard. If I don't do that it seems like a HVAC door or something is getting stuck help open.

    Clutch says engaged 100% of the time while it's idling. I'll have to find my vent thermometer and check it. Still seems like the clutch is cycling off when I'm driving. Its working a bit better after I charged it today, but I ageee the low side still seems low. I didn't want to keep adding...

    Added some freon today. 95* out side Low- 28 High- 260-270 Pressures seem to be fluctuating on the gauges 2-4 psi.

    I took it to a buddy's shop. He hooked it up to one of the automatic recovery machines. Would that still undercharge it?

    It was just charged to factory spec today. Should I add some more freon in? I do agree that the pressures are low from what I've seen in the past. I don't necessarily like charging by pressures only but I guess don't have much of a choice right now.

    Idling pressures: Low- 30 psi High- 200 psi Ac on max and 85-90* ambient. After idling for 5 minutes Low- 26 psi High-180 psi Pressures seem low for how hot the ambient temps are.. but I'm not an expert.
