ya these are 100% home made, other than the ford flanges of course but we plan on getting those made for us in Stainless steel soon so we can make them with as litttle seems as possible. We do offer them with or without driver BP bung or with or without gate setup. Both styles in stock...thanks...- 4tonGT40

Why does my truck fall flat on its face shifting into 5th at WOT (Tuned/ DPF Delete)?
Dzchey21 hit the nail on the head, I had the exact same issue a year ago or so and I had fried direct drive clutches and I think some reverse clutches I think. Long story short , I had it rebuilt and put a stock 3-5 solenoid back in along with other goodies. Mine would get stuck in 3rd gear...- 4tonGT40

Shaking at light throttle
Very well could be a transmission "slipping" issue. We had a similar issue with a customers truck that did the exact same thing you are describing. AIRDOG HOSE FITTING ADAPTER
Not sure what everyone else is doing to avoid having the airdog hose hitting the transfer case on 6.4's but before they decided to go with plastic brackets, we would notch out the metal ones and slide it to the back and problem solved, but now not so much.
