^^^^ This by far A T4 set up basically changes the reverse rotation stock turbo to the more common regular rotation turbo. By going to a regular rotation turbo, your choose are plentiful. Bore scope through injector cup?
Yep. I left the radiator in when I had to pull my motor to seal the oil pan. Just removed the fan/fan clutch from the water pump. Billy T. [email protected] -

Nowadays, most mechanics don't want to diagnosis issues. They jump to conclusions and run with it. Unless you did something stupid (overheat, bad tunes, etc, etc) t is very hard to blow head gaskets on a 7.3. The cylinders have 6 bolts making the seal. You'll kill a stock turbo at 30lbs...- gnxtc2

Running the same combo but the o-ring gasket or the seal on the oil pump is starting to leak. When I originally installed the Melling pump (4 years ago), I didn't care for the o-ring gasket. I should've went with my initial thought and went with an OEM gasket. Now, I gotta take everything...- gnxtc2

Anyone have popping in the front end after Dana 60 swap?
- Slop in the slip yoke on the front shaft, - u-joints frozen in the front axle shafts, - roller bearings shot in the stub shafts, - jack front wheels off the ground and use a large pry to check ball joints, - loose shocks/slop in the shock eyelets - draglink rotation hitting max rotation on...- gnxtc2

Advice please
Why were the heads removed originally? Drain the oil and pressurize the coolant system and checks if any coolant runs out of the pan. Just FYI, coolant eats the bearing material. Remove the coolant for now and run straight water. Billy T. [email protected]- gnxtc2

I would still verify fuel pressure. Contact your tuning person and relay the issue you're having. Probably need to tweak the tune. Who are the tunes from? You can PM if you don't want to make it public. Billy T. [email protected] -

1995 7.3 power steering leak
Flare fittings don't require o-rings or sealers. Post a pic of the hose end. Did anyone ever change to gear box? How many bolts are holding the top plate on the gear box? Billy T. [email protected]- gnxtc2

Surging usually is contributed to a fueling issue. Could you monitor fuel pressure? Also, remove the chip and see if it surges. My truck was doing a surge thing which was caused by tunes. Billy T. [email protected] -
