    Have you tried re-loading the file to your live wire? Almost sounds like something got corrupted in the file load since it does fine in the stock file.

    That, and a whole lot more balanced flow which is where you see the big drop in egt's, and a bump in hp, and tourqe. A motor is nothing but an air pump. The more efficient you make it in every way the better it will perform.

    No offense, but that is not a true ported manifold. It is a modified one at best. There is still a whole lot of restriction inside that he doesn't remove. The Elite, and Apex however will be your two highest flowing options to see the biggest benefits from.

    Body dust is one of the worst by far. Thats what led to my mother-inlaws demise from her owning a body shop for so long. She had smoked for damned near her whole life, but the doctors couldn't even tell from the dust damage. F that.

    If you swappede in to good injectors, and are still seeing those codes for 3&7 I would be doing a compression check for one, and since you had the valve covers off how did the rockers/pushrods look?

    my bet would be on a piston also. got an 08 in here now with two cracked, and a third starting. Luckily we were pulling it down to do studs and caught it before it cost him a motor. Hopefully it didn't tear the block up in your case. All the best of luck. Sucks to here.

    Yeah, go to lowes, home depot, ace, or even most napa's around here have them. It's an 1/8th inch comp. fitting for poly line.

    Diy fuel system questions.

    Normally when do them I'll set them an 1/8th inch off the bottom, and then v-notch the end so it can still pull fuel if it sucks down to the bottom of the tank.
