What's diferance between tow max 65.5 and street max 65.5 mention in here? Will it spool good with 15 hvfp?

If its only in 2-3 shift my guess would be solinoid since that is already a past problem with the shift flares. How much to change one of those if all other gears seem good. In manual does it seem to shift fine? Hoping for simple fix for ya. Jus my 2 cents worth.:doh:

with the tunner does it cut out when steping on it? I had torq then sent in for 2.1 and had no yellow with red so figured yellow with orange and not good. Always fun to step on but only short burst and then on its face. My trucks 08/10 build and have thought about the sct tunner but hesitant...
