Not to derail the OP thread, but I noticed in the photo that you have a zip tie on the the green fuel line. A few days ago my wife was driving the truck to work and the fuel line came off creating a huge mess and dumping a fuel till it ran out. Is it known that the fuel line tends to come off?

Second on the phone charger, happened to me. Was using a Qi wireless charger. Ford checked each tire and the sensors were good.

All of the monitors finally set and smoged the truck yesterday. Dude spent a good 15 minutes looking at the engine and under the truck. This whole experience has been a real PIA.

UPDATE: Ford dealer gave me the drive cycles for all the sensors related to the fuel system monitor. Impossible to do without a set of rollers and the FORD VCM IDS system. Drive cycle for the PM Filter monitor requires a forced regen at 65 mph. Finally dropped it off at the dealer, will update...

So I unplugged the batteries for 30 mins and reset all the monitors. No almost all of them are incomplete.:jawdrop: Guess I will just keep driving it with the scanner plugged in until they are all complete.

Out of frustration, I bought a Actron CP9580A OBD II Auto Scanner Plus. There are no codes:wtf:. The fuel system readiness check is incomplete. Everything else is fine. Not sure where to go at this point, except to keep driving it. Been researching if there is someway to force the fuel system...

Still no luck passing the smog check. Shows incomplete on fuel system. No check engine lights and the truck runs fine. Have put roughly 400 miles on the truck since the first time I tried to smog it. Any suggestions?

Live in California and went to have the "SMOG" check done. Had replaced the fuel filters the day prior and didn't bleed the system correctly, which resulted in the engine dying, then I bled it correctly. No check engine lights or anything and truck runs great. Smog guy told me they check do...

Here is mine Carli 2.5" Fox commuter setup. Night and day over stock. Rode in our work truck which is a 08 F-250 on the freeway and it almost shook the fillings out of my teeth. Most offroading I do is driving on the sand a little at the dunes.

Can you elaborate on the not passing emission testing. What state are you in? I live in California.

My 2011 with Carli 2.5" Fox Commuter 2.0's Stock rims wrapped with 35/12.5/20 Nitto Trail Grapplers. Seems like more body roll than stock, but could be due to the increased height. Can barley feel the whoops on the freeways now.

2011 F-250 Carli Commuter 2.5" lift(Fox 2.0 shocks), stock 20's, 35" Nitto Trail Grapplers. Slight rub on trailing arm at full lockout. Definitely an improvement over stock.
