This has been on my mind because I am passing 75K and came across this video. Maybe it isn’t the best, but seems to answer most of my answers for the moment. Looks like 5 gallons of the yellow concentrate and 5 gallons of distilled water should get pretty close.
Kohler 30KW with a JD diesel. Just starting to get through a little troubleshooting. It wouldn’t produce voltage when I bought it and after running it for a little bit, it is starting to come around.
Have they solved all of the parking lot speed lurches and 3-4 upshift squeels? Are all of the shifts smooth or do they hit a little hard, no matter the throttle position?
You may want to think about the logistics of monitoring the same thing with multiple gauges. Such as the pyro, for example. It may not be possible to physically mount two sensors in the prime location.
Bad pinion angle can cause vibration and axle wrap can add to it. When do you get the vibration? How much lift, 4”?
More details and photos on the conversion please. Did they use a CCSB and shorten the frame? Or swap drivetrain over to the original?
