I use b&ws myself but something I’ve done to help with squat is F450 springs. I literally bought a pallet of several sets of brand new take off f450 pick up springs, not c&c off of 2020 and newer trucks. I put them on all of my superdutys and got a few extra sets for future trucks. On my 08, ccsb, had my 30ft trailer which weighs 8k and had 18 round bales weighing 1200 lbs each. So 21600 and 8k totaling right under 30k just for the trailer and load. Truck squated 1 1/2 inch total with the trailer and load, no bags, timbrens etc and it handles amazing. Just thought I’d mention what I’ve done for towing sake lol. I personally like this over bags.

Gotcha. 👍

I wonder how much tongue weight you had? The bags did a good job from the looks of the picture.
A ****ing LOT! No clue but way way to much.

Yeah. They are a oversize rubber jounce bumper thingy. Kinda like an oversized factory overload cushion. That yelliw foam thing back there.

Oh, and it toasted my diff oil as well. Never had one this hot before. Puked oil out of the vent tube. Lol

That is a option that would be nice. I like the fact no air is needed. Plus, they should not change ride quality empty.

New rails in. It mangled the bed cross members as well. Not that it helped that they where rotted away already. ***in New York winters kill body parts. Not much left of them at all. Like im going to need to have them replaced or get a new bed. They're that bad. I didn't get pics.

Probably need to rebuild the rearend as well. Changed the diff fluid as well. Score marks on the housing from the pinion gear.

Yeah. I used to undercoat with fluid film religiously. But after i wrecked my 12, i was like, meh, ill do it next year. Then did the same thing the next year and now im kicking myself in the nuts for not doing it..

May have saved the rearend for a few more miles. Ended up torquing pinion nut to spec and outter axle spindle nuts to spec. The 1/8" in and out play is completely gone. All humming and whining noises went away. Drove a couple hours and got the heat gun out. All temperatures from side to side are very close to the same. Right side axle behind where the backer plate meets the axle is like 5° hotter. But i blame that on it being the drive tire doing most of the work. I hate the e locker rear diffs. Its open otherwise. I wish it had a good ole limeted slip rear end. I have dreams of changing it for a true trac though..
