Diesel newb
Found a glow plug package but nothing that had the relays. How many relays do I need? Need to figure this out, it's starting to have a hard time starting if it doesn't get driven for a few days. -

Thanks for the advice. I've been reading up on the turbos and injectors. Just trying to find a good match for size for a DD truck. Still have some basic maintenance to do: trans fluid and filter, glow plugs, suspension work (rear bump stops are GONE), etc. Any real benefit to intake /... -

And apparently I'm going to need to do a lot of term searching here. I'll look into the EBPV valve trick but I'm not sure what the buzz test is. -

As far as I know these are the stock injectors. Truck has 198k miles right now. It goes away to some degree when the truck gets warm but not totally. I lost a LOT of mpg in our last cold snap. And it isn't a tick as much as an air movement sound. -

I just picked up my first diesel ever in my 2000 excursion rwd. I'm no stranger to power but spent a lot of time working in the LS field. My truck is totally stock and has around 200k on it. So far I've done preventative maintenance: oil and filter change, fuel filter change, diff fluid, etc...
