You need to have a flat turbo pedestal and the correct o rings. “Sealing” the crack won’t work.

An injector guy will have to chime in to tell if internal damage is causing the problem. Like stuck open oil side. Is oil pumping up to the rez?

Did you do anything with the injectors after the shaving went through them?

Oil is not filling up the rez correct?

If the rez doesn’t have oil coming up, need to check the LPOP. The front cover make be scarred up. You said you put a new pump on?

I took the whole assembly out of internal section. Then tap it out and put in a pipe plug.

Plasti-gauge is a tool used to measure the clearance of, mainly, engine bearing clearances.

Didn’t they use what forged rods they had left in the last 03 engines?

Mine has the same blank bracket.
