Yes it will work on a SuperDuty. You place a jumper between two pin on the head light switch. I don't remember which pins to jump because it was many years ago. :D
Your issue might be in the accumulator body. Sticky direct valve.
With 136k on the unit, you might want to rebuild. It sucks when they fry in the middle of a snow storm.:cursing::eek:
TransGo instructions will guide you through the whole process. It's really easy to do.
Remember to drill your holes on the small side. You can always make them bigger. You can't make them smaller.
Torque all bolts 80-100 Inch pounds.
