@ psn there is an alternate part # and it about half the price. The only difference is the item is rotated 90* so the lay out of a + turns into a x.

Find the stancor HD update. I used to eat factory GPR, i went through 3 in 4 years. Swapped to a HD stancor and had no more issues.

Also for the OP, running syn in the winter will help w/ cold starts.

Hey thank you. I got one in a hurry but I might still check out a Stancor for the spare parts shelf. The cost on the factory solenoid is a joke... It's Just a solenoid/contactor/relay

i agree that they are over priced, alliant makes one about 20 bucks less and the napa units seem to make a humming noise and fail prematurely

Finally got a chance to test my EBP transducer. According to my test it is junk. Makes me feel better buying a new one. (if I even did it right haha)

I brought home a signal generator from work. It can produce the necessary 5VDC. Anything that produces a steady 5VDC would work I even had a model train transformer that was.

I cut some spade terminals to fit in the EBP sensor.

Used a few fittings to hook up the transducer to pressure.

(I used the link provided by powerstruck and a wiring schematic from a previous post to hook up the rig.)
Then I hooked up the pressure source (nitrogen for me)

Feeding it pressure from 0-40 I was getting no response off of the signal post reading it with my meter.

Strangely enough when I hooked it up like that it worked.
Here were the values I recorded in that setup:
0psig-1.049VDC
5psig-1.590VDC
10psig-2.113VDC
15psig-2.699VDC
20psig-3.209VDC
25psig-3.780VDC
30psig-4.320VDC
35psig-4.820VDC
