Dyno Numbers
I know you guys have been waiting for these, so here they are. Please excuse the poor photo quality, as I had to snap them on my phone from the shop and haven't had time to get "proper" graphs put together.
This is from our latest race tune I have in testing. All numbers here are uncorrected, at 2200ft density altitude, approximately 84 degrees at time of testing. Truck is a 2015 F350 SRW, 3.55 rear gears and stock 265/75/R20 tires- AFE stainless exhaust, S&B intake, and our race tune.
1st image is the uncorrected curve, graphed by RPM.
2nd image shows uncorrected peak torque, 1208ft/lbs at 2000RPM.
3rd image shows uncorrected peak HP, 584 at 3150RPM.
4th image (sorry about the quality) shows a graph by MPH in 6th gear, ending at 141mph.
5th image is a comparison between our tune and our nearest competitor's. Note the difference in power curve, and lack of fluctuation and defueling. Much time has been spent debugging the Spartan file to make the power curve long, smooth, and nasty. It hits HARD during acceleration, and pulls like a freight train.
The correction that our dyno "wanted" at our density altitude and temperature was 1.105, which would put corrected HP at 645. I don't believe this to be realistic or true. From past experience, a correction from our shop to sea level is more line (on other customers' trucks) at 1.04 to 1.05. This puts the power from 607 to 613 corrected, which is much more realistic.
Either way, this is a 600RWHP/1200RWTQ file :evil
Also note, it is still making 536HP at the tire, at 141mph
