Get rid of that cooler brother. I'll take care of ya on our manifold piece, if you're up for it. Midwest twin tube intake kit would finish that setup off too :)

Looks like fun though. I'll know your pain next week lol

I'd love to lose the cooler but we have emissions testing yearly otherwise that over engineered paper weight would be living in local landfill along with the Darth Vader looking intake!! You'll love the new turbo though, really wakes the truck up.

Street max spools instantly. IMO slightly better than a stock '15 turbo. Flows more air and has lower EGT's.

The StreetMax does not spool quite as fast. But to the person who is not used to that particular truck probably wouldn't notice it. But it definitely hits way harder. And the sound is incredible.

Stock, factory housing cast wheel

TowMax, 61mm extended tip 11 blade billet wheel with machined housing.

StreetMax, 64mm extended tip 6x6 staggered billet wheel with machined housing.

At what point is more fuel needed, than available on the 11-14s?

I think we'll know in a few days after the first test dummy puts his on , but he will prolly be close. my guess he will be 525 or so. I don't think they have much more than 540 no matter what turbo you put on. but so little has been tried and dyno'd like that its really hard to say until we get a few more people testing bigger turbos on stock fuel trucks. mine made 494 with the 63 and stock fuel , but mine only made 400 on stock turbo. Im guessing my lift and wheel/tire combo have hurt me about 40 horse.

Cool factor is so worth the 40 hp. .....

Cast 66 made 517. TowMax made 497. Same dyno. Different trucks. Both stock fuel. Tried more pw. Dropped rail pressure and lost power... I will be dynoing my '15 with the TowMax on stock fuel with and without the dpf soon.

right, but cast 63 made 536 on craigs truck . like I said the more tests we get, the better an average to reflect off.

I'm hoping for around 540 with proper tuning on my truck with the streetmax and stock fuel. It may be wishful thinking but we shall see what happens haha.

And his was on an unloaded dyno jet, our was on loaded superflows.

I agree. It still seems the condition of the cp4 has a lot to do with it. My truck would not hold the same RP yours did.

Either way. The low 500 range is still where it's at on stock fuel. Differences in dynos and trucks will reflect different numbers.

Pulled my boat today, first tow with the new combo. Pulled nice and easy!! I was worried about the boost hitting 36lbs on the interstate the other day but I checked the back pressure vs boost pressure and they seem to be really close. That's not mashing the throttle. I'm gonna get her on the interstate again tomorrow and see what the numbers are. I'm not taking these numbers to heart till I get my intake from Mike, I'm sure the numbers will change a bit after that, I'm still running the stock air box right now so I'm sure she's breathing through a straw.
