I am also seeing EB5Z-19G490-A as a replacement for the 11-15 Explorers and it's a cheaper price. Do you know if there is really any difference? $350 is steep for a nothing too special backup camera.

they look the same, but I can't guarantee it will work when you plug it in... and being electrical, I wouldn't be able to take it back...

Under the more expensive option, it does show only 11&12, but when I look up the cheaper p/n, it shows this under the fitment but doesn't state what the difference is. Why do they have to make this so confusing?

Yep, it can definitely be confusing. The catalog that we have on our website is provided by a third party. While it is really good, it is not as accurate as the one we use here provided by Ford. The Ford catalog is what I went by with the info i provided. btw, I just checked and both cameras are currently on national back order with not ETA....

Good to know, I definitely trust the Ford catalog over a 3rd party. Being back ordered without an ETA is not good news though. I guess I will sit tight and hope for an improved revision... Thank you for gathering this info and once back in stock, or revision is available I will get it ordered.

Sean, I got the bulk of the parts in minus the one that's backordered.
PN LC5Z7813562AA which is the cupholder insert. It's listed at #15 on the blow up drawing I found and includes a #16 which is the rubber cupholder inserts and a #17 which is a trim piece for the cupholders. I got #15 but not 16 or 17. How can I go about getting those sent?
The LC5Z78045A36BB backordered part shows some additional parts as well. Looks like a 12V port, USB ports and sliding lid maybe?. Can we double check before shipping to make sure those parts are included please?
Everything else looks great.

From everything I am seeing LC5Z-7813562-AA should include the chrome trim ring and the two rubber inserts. I have ordered another one, hopefully the first one was just a packaging error. If not, I will order the individual pieces for you. The LC5Z-78045A36-BB shows to include the power points, USB and lid in both catalogs we use.

I'm gonna swap the radio bezel in my ST with the newer piano black version (red arrow) to match the new rear console. I'm also looking for all 3 dash trim pieces (yellow arrows)...whatever is smooth unlike the fake carbon fiber the ST's come with. I need it smooth to paint match it to the radio bezel. I believe the fake woodgrain parts have a smooth finish so those would work.
I tried finding PN's but not having much luck. My ST has the 401A tech package with the large vertical screen like the pic.

Radio bezel: I am only showing LB5Z-781042C74-AB (enhanced silky black) which is in your Explorer now, LB5Z-78042C74-CA (satin silver twilight) or LB5Z-78042C74-DA which does not have any description other than used on Platinum & ST 21&up... I am assuming this is the one...It runs $105.14 your cost, but i can't say for sure that it is what you are wanting...
