unfortunately that seat motor is only serviced in the seat track assembly from Ford, and it has been discontinued..

The seat switch is still available, but is on backorder through 4/6 Your cost would be $90.86 ($150.18 retail)

I found one on Amazon for a lincoln towncar. It looks the same except the plug is different. Got it swapped in last night. I will finish up the wiring today.

What are the chances that the drivers side lumbar piece is still available. I see a tag with F85B-1565501-AALH on it.

It worked great! Wiring was easy to figure out because it is just 3 motors and 6 wires. Chopped the end off and played with it, moved 2 wires and all was well!

Great news on the seat motor! I am coming up with the same number as you on the lumbar support. It looks like it is still available. It would ship to us directly from Ford's vendor, so figure 10-14 days lead time. Your cost would be $124.49 ($188.62 retail)
