2007 f450 6.0 idle problems

Long story short believe a lifter came apart and went through my loop. Replaced the long block. my hpop screen was not broke but In the last 2 years have replaced the ipr several times. I put a new one in it after the rebuild. I did go to a stock hpop (had an adrenaline) since the screen was not broke but there were elements in my ipr screen. I got a new tune since I moved to a stage 2 cam from stock on this long block. Now after it warms up it misses. Turbo whistle don’t sound as loud no more. I have seen code p2289 code icp to high engine off code As well I have to clear the dtc and then it will start. I checked the voltage at the icp and seen my 5v on only one of the wires and then I reversed it on the ground Side of the icp wire to battery and had good ground. Any thoughts. So just Incase it did not like the new tune I went back to my previous one that had everything on my mod list other Than the stage 2 cam. My livewire screen shot is when warm and missing. Thinking of replacing icp and exchange ipr. Ipr is motorcraft. Thanks in advance.

870 is default icp. There is an issue possibly with icp sensor or wiring

That’s what I was thinking but before the engine died I had no issue like this. When cold it idles fine. When warm and I put it in gear it does not miss. Only in park at idle.
