It's not the Daimler your thinking of. And that's all I can say!!

What parts came from Daimler?
Thats what I was thinking.Everything in the box of course. http://www.daimler-trucksnorthamerica.com/ looks like some big truck parts.
Yeah, they are usually heavy duty.It was a very nice box
StreetMax turbos are out of stock. Will have more in a couple weeks. TowMax and stock turbo kits still available. Lmk if we can help anyone out!
I know most of the tuning focus is on the 15's right now but any chance you'd know of anyone doing tuning for the retro fitted trucks? I'd love to see how much I could pick up with dedicated tuning for the 15 charger on my 12 truck over the tuning I'm running now. Thinking about maybe hitting the Dyno at Blackout in the Country next weekend to see what's she's doing now so I have something to compare different tuning to.

you consider 20k miles longevity? I average 25k a year...... I would hope that if I had one of those turbos that I would get a few years out of it... unless you ment that the 20k where hard miles...Have stock and TowMax kits ready to ship, StreetMax are available to order with a ship date of next week.
Little FYI, was informed the other day that one of our modded 15 61mm billet turbos has lived right at 20k miles tuned and deleted and towing everyday. For anyone with longevity concerns.

well used then... not hard miles but well used...Well I know they haven't been easy miles... Idling, towing. Numerous times to 240* oil temps. Towed 15k +- lbs several times through the West Virginia mountains. And several all nighters and numerous hours idling and hard accelerations. I could go on. No EGT sensor so who knows how high EGT's were at times. Been a damn good turbo IMO. And the truck tows and runs stronger by far.
Literally just loaded gearhead tuning onto mine and I can't hold rail pressure to save my life.... I guess I'll be making a phone call. And I blow through the converter. I took videos. I emailed Matt back and told him I couldn't hold RAil pressure he'll tweak it and get back to me.

the way I drive my dually is hard miles.... nobody should drive a vehicle like I drive that truck.... wot everywhere I go, no matter whats in tow or not..I guess nothing is hard compared to Dpf and egr equipped. To me constantly hauling isn't hard miles. Those trucks run the best. Maybe clarify what "hard" miles are....
yup I know.I'm going to take a stab at it and say Morgan was referring to the truck having 20,000 miles on the turbo but still going....
I am by no means knocking it sir!! just sayjng that, to me, 20k is just getting warmed up.Look, a couple months ago, no one had sh*t for miles on these. Just saying that they aren't a junk turbo. How long will it last? Idk. But to already have 20k on a tuned truck that tows most of the time.... That's a good start.
Knock on wood, no failures yet.
