2011 Job1 Issues

I found a consumer digest type website, one guy said he is having shifting issues at 80k...Wonder what on earth would make it do that?

My 2011 had issues finding second gear on the 1-2 shift when it was relatively new. It would miss 2nd gear and rev like it was in neutral then slam into gear when RPM dropped. Ford updated TCM, problem fixed. Around 95,00km it was doing it again 1-2 and sometimes 2-3, but only when it was cold. Warm it up and it was all good, this time truck was tuned and deleted. Not sure if it is still doing it or if going back to stock tune fixed the problem, cause I tuned it back to stock and traded it off and never drove it again.
