Yea Im sure it could but I am pretty sure you need an okay buy the EPA to purchase a MCC unlock code also :lame:
Edit: I just called hs, they said you can buy a MCC unlock code for a street tuner but the custom tuning wont allow you to delete any of the emission hardware. All you can do is make custom tunes with the emission stuff on.
