Obviously you're planning on keeping it 4WD. Are you building a custom fuel tank? If not, then you'll have to go with either an F-150 RCSB 4x4 tank, Excursion tank, C&C tank, or some sort of bed mounted tank.

Yeah we are looking I to getting rid of the urea tank and the small tank on the 6.7 might actual work... If not I'm going with the Titan 49 gal that replaces the spare tire

How big is the tank on the 6.7? This (the fuel tank) was one of my hurtles when doing my conversion.

Sure did i believe you guys did the lift right? they wanted too much with the lift on. i found one in a couple other states and sent them the price to match and they did. i had a game plan before i got it so they lift wasnt doing me much good.

26 gallons i honestly think it should work... but i am interested in the 40 as well so we will see

yeah i saw where it was there for 200 days... they wanted like 48 when it was lifted... i didnt give anything close to that...

I don't know why a lowered 4wd is such a big deal

This is about as low as you can go. No bump stops on front with about 2-3" travel. Rides awesome with 4400 coil springs that were cut to be even lower. No block and took leaves out the back. Rides nice and I definatley vote 22's. I love this look with 22's.

This is about as low as you can go. No bump stops on front with about 2-3" travel. Rides awesome with 4400 coil springs that were cut to be even lower. No block and took leaves out the back. Rides nice and I definatley vote 22's. I love this look with 22's.

Yep that's the plan here too... What size wheels tires you running there?

Yea I'm running same but 22x10... 22x11 were 3 months out

Here is some pictures from yesterday... things we have going... alot happening next 2 weeks... twin set up being built on another truck to save time and then be moved over to mine... frame gets cut next week... and interior being build right now... more pictures to come...
lots of stuff going on with the exterior thanks to my awesome sponsors that we have picked since we started the build... but ill wait to post those till i get this thing finished inside and cut

Double row of hush mat over complete cab. inside of door and between panel.

upgraded to digital AC (For those of you who asked yes it does plug and play dual just doesnt work)

going to mount h&S here and move lights inside..

The custom center console is going to have the ford console lid (Wrapped to match seats)

Good to know that the digital controls work. I'm thinking about looking into an XLT for the price and just sprucing it up some, seat covers, etc. similar to what you are doing. I can't wait to see yours finished!

Truck Source Diesel is building it.. we have narrowed it down to a couple options, but we have not made a final decision.. should know tomorrow.

There's room for a nice 20 gal fuel cell where the spare was, but your exhaust probably won't fit.

Sounds good it will be in Beaumont on the 24th/25th... Hopefully full interior will be done, but my custom console may not be back from paint
