2014 cheap sub upgrade

I have a 2014 F250 Platinum and the stereo was lacking some low end so I up graded the sub and added a amp

amp Fosgate P300X2 150.00 e bay
sub Kenwood kfcxw800F 8' Shallow Sub 134.00 E bay

lined the stock box with some hushmat

So for about 400.00 all done Sounds great have the gain on the amp about
5/8 little over half Does the job very good as far as matching the existing
system and adding some bass. I listen to all kinds of music from Metal to blues to contemporary Jazz ( Larry Carlton stuff)
This is about half price of some of the other swaps I have seen on here and there is more bass than needed for the stock system. I know its not the best
stuff you can get but I am happy with it!! Thanks J.D.

Did you use the factory wiring for the new amp and sub? Pictures maybe...

I didn't take any pics but there is another thread on here with pics and wiring. I think you just search subwoofer and you should see it, I did have to cut some of the foam stuff
behind the seat to mount the amp
