The guys at PMF suspension are making good progress on the kit, there is major design work and detail so things are taking quite some time. Needless to say Trevor has some of the first parts on the way, I'm jacked to get these parts as there is a ton of work left.

Can't wait to see the finished product! Are you guys making the custom roof bracket to fit the LED light bars? I hope you get to do it, I really like how the render came out.

We have a mount here to manipulate, however we may have someone that wants to take a stab at it. I'm sure the 54'' radius lights are going to make it to the build, supposedly they shipped last week.

The lugs showed up the other day, we purchased them from VV concepts. I strayed away from the traditional spiked lug nut for the newer .50 cal design, plan is to paint the bullet red. These things are definitely serious,

Josh@thedieselcartel hooked us up with a Mag Hytec trans pan, PMF suspension is tackling the diff covers so this was the only piece missing. All I can say is the pan is one solid piece, definitely more impressive to hold in person, like everything else this will be getting some red love of some sort.

Josh also got us the fass lift pump, the oe lpfp will be deleted in favor of this little beast. I opted for the 200 gph pump I believe, I've been ordering too many parts lately. Basically anything you need for your truck Josh can get you, as you've probably noticed.

It was onto the interior, a little bit out of order as we planned to do the interior work once the cab was on the frame. Nothing crazy in the interior is going down, we'll be spraying all the dash trim inside the cab and adding a new audio system. The platinum leather is actually pretty nice and I wan't to maintain the OE layout, no huge speaker boxes or any of that. Our time frame is seriously shrinking so we decided to do it now, the cab was lowered down so I could bust into it for the first time since march. I was loving the new truck smell in there ha, I will say though not a whole lot of fun. The front doors only open about 16'', the lighting is very poor and I was crawling around in my socks pulling all the trim apart.

With that working against me it came apart quite easily, basically every trim panel came out. The door panels, mirrors, door handles, speakers, all dash trim, instrument cluster, vents, etc.

The parts laying around are pretty much out of control, anywhere clean and safe is where they are laying for now.

So when exactly are the truck nuts going on?

I guess I don't exactly understand the question, if your talking about the 50 cal lugs, they won't go on until the wheels are on obviously. That wont be until probably an hour before it leaves for the show. :)

The easy part was ripping all the sub assemblies out of the interior, it still had to all be broke down. Really not crazy hard put definitely time consuming, plus nobody wants to break anything. I swear these fords are just meant to be customized, everything came apart just how I wanted it. The instrument cluster I fell in love with, a little dremel action was needed to grind down the plastic molded nubs to free some of the pieces. Check it out,

I bet not many have done this, a little prying with some real small precision screw drivers frees the tabs. I then used a heat gun to free the double sided tape that was holding the chrome on, that quality.

What was under the chrome door handle, was it color matched or just a black handle?

Haha, na... I was being silly and talking about the literal truck nuts. I figured with how your build is going, and is classy and clean as it is, joking about something as retarded as hanging bull testes off the back would be funny, especially for a SEMA build. I'm loving this build, I can't wait to see what you have in store for it.

I'm really curious as to how the 54" curved bars are going to look on the truck - hopefully it's wide enough to stretch across the whole windshield. I've been thinking a lot lately about doing that with mine, but the bar mounts would have to be perfect in order for it to work (look good) on my truck.

You guys are doing great! :toast:
