Thats it buddy. The new motor should be as rowdy as they come. Technology used that has been in the works for years finally getting worked.

Update for everyone, motor is "broken in" par say, cam break in, engine oil going to get changed and start beating it on the street Friday.

If there's any doubt this set up is going to be anything but flawless I will probably bow out and hopefully they will call JD in

I don't care if somebody wins every event... if you lose in the trailer event I can't take you seriously. Placing last in the trailer event is a bigger embarrassment than blowing up your motor on nitrous test hits.

Yeah you will want to do that for sure because they react different. Especially with the 90 degree park at the end. One thing people for get when the back up is to start the turn by swinging the opposite direction first otherwise you have no rom to jack knife.

That trailer event is always really funny. I wish they would have had it when I was in 2010, I feel that the standings would have changed for the better for myself.

For clarification, you guys do realize the "Wagler heads" Jared has are factory ford heads ported? Not saying they aren't top notch, but I've had several people call and ask about the "new" heads from Wagler... Just clarifying.

At first I was going to take offense of this. lol Thought you were meaning anyone that blows it in that event. :wtf: :doh:

Jared, definitely get a bumper pull and practice. And try getting used to accelerating while backing up. You get that down and it should be a tight one in that event. Congrats! and I will be looking forward to those beers!!
