Hopefully the tuning has improved and I'll know better when I get my tuner back. Right now my TC doesn't lock up until 6th gear on full throttle pulls. I may be used to the 6.4 power of having the TC lock up in 4th and pull real hard into the 5th locked shift. I'm being very patient with the truck right now as I know everyone is trying to work out bugs and find the best setup.

I also currently have an issue with my EGT reading on my insight. I have a no limit block off plate and have a bushing for an adapter for the 1/8" edge pyro. With the depth of the block off plate, and the bushing the probe does not reach the the exhaust flow. My egt's are very low and I haven't read above 600*. I've talked to Mike at No Limit for the last month about my issue and he's noted I'm the only with seeing this problem. Does anyone have a block off plate with a 1/8" bung or tapped for 1/8" I can buy to try?
Just reread that you are using the edge sensor,So it may very well be different than the OEM sensor that I used.Id suggest if they are currently tightened all the way down,To just get a single fitting and do away with the 2 separate bushings like UNBROKEN suggested..

If you bought the KEM tune from someone else before me and Jared released the version we now sell, you need to send it back and get it updated. The tunes that came from our dyno tuning and time beta testing made a HUGE difference.

That is why we didn't jump the gun selling tuning that's not perfected.

And yes, you have to plug in ALL electronics back in, dpf, egr, EVERYTHING. Just part of owning a 2015 right now. It's really not a big deal.

Certain ones no. But to avoid confusion and taking half an hour to explain to each customer which individual sensor, it's much less troublesome that way.

If you don't have a check engine light and it runs fine then leave it alone. The egr does not have to be unplugged to keep it from operating. It's already tuned out and will not function.

Some trucks have issues and we have attributed it to certain sensors being removed. Mine was one of them. I plugged sensor back in until it functioned properly. Some of the sensors will not throw codes when unplugged but still caused cold weather sluggishness. Mine currently it has a check engine light because of the egr throttle body being removed. We are deleting codes out of the tuning as we run across them. But the easiest thing to do is simply plug the sensors back in and zip tie them to the harness out of harms way. Your codes and check engine light or sluggishness will go away.

It's no different than when we have to keep the sensors plugged in on 6.4's to make the engine idle right. Once some new parameters become available we will be able to completely remove them. For now just leave it plugged in.

I am also going to stress that not all trucks have these issues. Mine was a very early build and I had a lot of issues that no one else did.
