I wouldn't be concerned about WHERE it made the power, it seems about right , even if you have 3:31 .

I see you said your truck weighs 9k , is it a cab and chassis ? these trucks , ccsb 4x4 only weigh 7700-8000 lbs . mine lifted with tons of extras only weighed 8100 .

No it's a lariat ccsb 4x4. My c&c weighs 12500 unloaded. It's a flatbed

The tune calls for a max of 2.2ms of PW and I detuned is torque curve to hopefully hold the bottom end together...

good call on the pw. wont make any more power anyway. that being said, I think good tq management is proving these motors at 700 these days.

Just did this. Idk what I was thinking but I let off as soon as I passed 100. Thought I was testing 0-100 or something. This was 4wd launch at 9psi.

How accurate is the mini max? That is pretty damn fast. About as fast as my GT500.

just like a gtech , prolly not too far off, but not exact. at 84 mph , your mph shold be 103-105 , sounds like about 600 horse or close.

my 6.4 ran 12.80 @ 104 at 580 horse and weighed 8100 lbs , at the track . sounds like the dyno isnt far off if at all .

The et calculator says more than that. At that weight with that time.

dont EVER use the et calculator. mph is the only accurate , and that is what we ALL go by . just weigh your truck and go to the track !!

My 2015 ccsb full of fuel with a passenger weighed 9580.....

And fwiw, I could run 13.0 with stock fuel and a s366 and trap 98mph on my 2011 ccsb. Dynoed 520...

I would say that the dyno was a little off, but not much. I would give it a shot on another dyno.

:stupid: plus its fun to see what it will do at the track and get real time slips w/o worrying about getting in trouble for it. Never know what you will learn about your truck in a few runs and how to launch it well.

I agree. But I can't go to the strip just any day of the week. I just put some new tires on my truck so I did a few runs and figured I'd post it up.

Yeah I might go to a strictly diesel place for another dyno run sometime soon and I plan on hitting the track this Thursday depending on my work schedule.
