they have to be programmed through the dealer with the truck so it would be a matter of visiting the local dealer and getting it done. if you don't have any keys then they will have to pull key codes and go that route otherwise they can copy and program the original you have. the fobs run from $175-$250 depending on what you have.

How about a camera that works with fords system. I removed body and installed a utility body and there was a camera in tailgate. Can I get a universal camera that will work?

im sure there is some way to adapt a universal aftermarket camera to work with the ford system but sadly I don't know of one or how it works.

the 8c3z-6079-d kit is the complete top end kit except the exhaust manifold gaskets. that kit list $698.12 sell $544.54
and the exhaust gaskets list $15.85 each sell $12.36 each
