It'll last as long as the tuning dictates. Too much fuel at the wrong time and it'll pop.

With PMR's I would either stick to stage 1's or drop in a forged motor. That being said, with the right setup 250/200's can make right at 600.

Makes me happy reading this! Finally finishing my forged rod motor for my 250/200s! Only thing I will be adding to the mix besides the appropriate accesories (springs, H-11s, DI pushrods, modded H2E, fuel, oil etc) is Matt's cam! Can't wait to finish it up!

so the motor blew, new setup is gonna be ff300/200 and 72mm turbo with all supporting mods. what might be the horsepower capabilities of this setup.

Yeah it is a built motor. Will be putting it back together this weekend after being down for 7 weeks

Does the OP have a power goal, or is the goal just to keep it together? (Thats my goal...

) What are you planning for HPO? those injectors will get pretty hungry when you try to empty them. 625 seems in there for parts like that.

He and ai got into it a little the other day. Telling a guy he needs a $2k hpop setup, $2500 injectors etc to make 500.

Get a good tuner ( I recommend Gearhead or PHP ) and it could last a good while on PMR's. Limit the low RPM torque and a PMR motor can last a good long while. PMR's are comparatively stronger than forged, but lack the flexibility of Forged. They're more brittle
