Ordered a stabilizer from ford today. It fits a year range but I am not sure what it is. Mine is an 01 f250 2wd. Part number is f81z3e650aa. It includes the brackets and the damper. List is 102.00 and with my commercial discount it was 80 and change.

Here is the front suspension and steering linkage exploded view for a 4x2. Got it from the dealer when I ordered my damper kit.

I am getting new shocks too. I ordered them from Cary (obswiz) today. The stock ones top out before full extension. I will probably also strap it to keep the suspension from over extending and extend the bump stop a tad to keep it from botoming out the strap.

I'm planning on doing the 4wd conversion to my pickup, but I added the spacers two years ago and my truck is all over the road aswell. I cant keep it aligned, and to get the proper camber I would have to grind on the knuckle etc...I always wanted a 4 wd to begin with so headed in that route 3 years later...lol.

Yeah, it looks good sure enough, but it took a little bit to get there. I didn't have to gring the steering knuckle but some have. I was able to get mine alligned right into factory specs but my ball joints are flexing pretty good.

I could have saved some cash by strapping the radius arm to the frame and keeping the stock shocks. The stockers on a leveled truck can over extend if you aren't careful. I got some longer travel shocks and extended my bump stops to prevent them from over compressing. All in all I have right at 500.00 tied up in leveling.

As far as the memory steer, I am going to have a closer look at my ball joints but I kinda wonder if it is due to the hard angle that they are at due to the lift. That may be something that canot be corrected.

I bet Something is either worn out or the alignment is not in spec. The tires dont care how high the frame sits over the axle as long as the wheel is tracking straight and your camber is right.
