4r100 trans removal/install

i know this a dead thread but i just had a quick question. is it easier to pull the trans and tcase together or split them while removing. ill be using a trans jack.

I pulled my t case off prior to pulling trans. It was not a big deal, probably a lot easier.

It balances perfect with the tcase attached

Ive left it attatched every time.
