650 is NOT attainable on stock fuel, sorry.

You don't think 650ish is attainable with a stock 15+ CP4 and more air?

I'll concede 650 on the nose might not be an accurate number, but close enough to say 650 with a 10mm is very conservative. I'd be surprised that a healthy 15+ truck, hot tune(like the warhammer which has knocked on 600hp) and say a 64mm(vgt or non) won't be VERY close on that 650 number.

Stock pump = very close to 650

As a result saying a stroker will yield 650 is very conservative. A stroker will max stock injectors. This was my main point that 650 was a conservative number for a 63 and 10mm stroker, at least with hot tuning.I can't think of anyone off hand that have maxed the stock pump out.

KC Turbo reported 630 hp with their VGT on an 11 with 15+ CP4. Dropped rail pressure at 1550 us. Charlie, assuming the stock pump should support 1600us dyno'd again with a stroker pump at 1600us and hit 650. Then at 2000us 686.

Obviously there will be variances in dynos and tuning(TSD reported 621 with the same turbo on their 17 reg cab)

If your plan isn't to run beyond 1500us(the difference in 11-14 and 15+ injectors results in the 15+ dropping rail sooner from my understanding) then 650 with the stroker is reasonable. The only benefits i see are the MPROP and a pump working to what 80% capacity?

A 10mm is about 900HP worth of fuel, MAX.

A 63 or 64mm VGT with a 66-68mm turbine will max at about 650-675 whp. The 6468 turbos might do 700whp. MAYBE. This is assuming added fuel is present.

If I make 650ish whp I'm happy. I'll DD it around at 500-550whp anyway.

Stock 15+ CP4 are done at about 600HP. It's been long proven. The few trucks that made more than that number are not common at all.

It has been well proven that most drop in turbo setups whether VGT or non vgt stop right or just below 600whp on stock 15+ fuel systems. A few go up to and around 625 whp but not many.

That things going to light quick, have you installed your 10mm stroker pump yet?

Negative. Pump and turbo are both sitting, I bought a couple turbo pedestal gaskets and other FoMoCo OEM seals/o-rings I need to swap the turbo and pump on so that I'm resealing everything with brand new OEM stuff.

I'll be swapping both parts on in abut 2 weekends after King of the Streets has passed, I'll have a better update then.

I'm adding some OUO 3-Link ALA's on as well and a Hellwig rear sway bar, just waiting on my ALA's to show up from OUO. Those will be the last items for this truck and then I'm done with this thing for quite awhile.

Got 4 runs in on Firepunks Dyno last night. Baseline runs, SOTF Tunes 3-5. The results surprised me.

Runs were done on my forged 22" wheels. It made about 50whp more than I expected. I expected just a tick over 500whp because of how heavy the wheels were. I see most trucks dynoing 540-560whp on stock tires. I guess maybe my piping kit is helping more than I thought.....Who knows

Tune 3 - 486whp/963tq
Tune 4 - 516whp/1033 tq
Tune 5 (1st run in 5th gear) - 550whp/1102tq
Tune 5 (2nd run in 4th gear) - 556whp/1098tq

Custom Tuning, 5" Exhaust, an intake and piping kit are the only mods. Stock turbo, stock fuel and stock motor/trans. I will be swapping on my drop in 63mm VGT turbo and 10mm CP4 pump this coming Saturday...hoping to see a 100whp gain from it

Thanks.

That's the only reason I did this. I wanted to see the before /after gains.
