Looking good! You have much more patience than I do. I can wait to install sh*t so I end up putting parts on when its raw and tell myself "ill pull it back off and get it powdercoated in a couple weeks". 4 years later....
Lol thanks. I just try to pre plan out larger mods better so I only have to do them once. I learned on the last few modified vehicles I've had

Such a nice truck and build. Can't wait to see how it goes with the new turbo.
Looking through all the pics on here is making me want to upgrade the old 6.4 already..

Finally got back on the dyno at Firepunk. Today went very well. 200HP spread across 5 tunes. Tune 1 at 451 whp, Tune 3 at 585whp (this is my daily tune) and Tune 5 at 661whp. Max torque was about 1245 tq on tune 5.

The Warren Built 6R is an absolute unit. It holds the power now and doesn't even care.

The setup currently as a reminder is very simple. It's a 64/67 drop in Mod VGT, an exergy 10mm cp4, a Warren Diesel Comp. Unit 6R140 Trans and a FASS 140GPH lift pump.

I was very happy to see the setup Crack 650whp. These 63mm or 64mm VGTs all say they are rated for about 650whp max with proper fueling and this setup did exactly that, about 1.5% more actually. Close enough!

FI S480 and Exergy 45% Injectors happen next week. Dyno again in Jan 2021 once I'm back from vacation.

Fantastic!! Do you have stock numbers to compare to?
Earlier in the thread I posted results when it was stock fuel/air just tuned with weight loss and an intake/exhaust. Max effort back then it did 550/1100.

So the setup now is a 110HP gain and a 150 torque gain.

I am guessing to see the torque number rise quite a bit when the S480 comes into play. I will have to be careful with that because the motor is stock.

Hows it light under 2k rpms? Be curious to see the graphs when the runs started at 1800-1900 rpms.

Nice numbers btw!

It spools great no matter what RPM it's at. It spools faster than stock I think. We just started the runs later in the curve so not all the torque comes on all at once down low since it's a stock motor.

The truck is back in my hands now, the compound kit with the s480 is done, Exergy injector's installed and the NL intercooler as well. Sadly I can 't name whose kit it is yet or post pictures but I'll say this, the kit went on flawlessly and it's the cleanest kit I've seen to date. The truck is an animal now, the drivability is insane. There is power everywhere now and the best parts is how clean it runs and how quiet it got. I hear more engine than turbo now.

I'll have dyno numbers soon once it get's remote dyno tuned. The base file that it's on did 840whp on a 95% similar air/fuel setup on another 17-19 truck so mine should do that and a little more probably since I have a bigger VGT than the other truck did.
