I would have to put a lot of the blame on Crower also. If a customer, or say even just a friend, sent me a piece of equipment that needed a part built into it and wanted me to build it and install it. I would think that when designing the product I should take into consideration what this product is going to do and be used for and would not give it back without making sure it is right. As I would suspect that the customer or friend would also expect it to be right when they got it back so they could go back to work without have to REcheck my work

It's a shame that's what this turned into isn't it?

They should re-engineer them. If they would make a grove in there rods where the piston cooler nozzles hit them, they could take the extra metal they save there and put it into another part of the rod to make it stronger. OR leave it off for a lighter rod. There is a lot they could do to improve these rods.

i know gene feldhans donated a 7.3 to crower , even delievered it, so they could build pushrods and springs .. they didnt do anything for him, not even a valve train, not even a thank you. i dont even remember them returning it, i think they just said come get it. pricks for sure.

That's a great way to do business. I'd love to give them some of my money...

Carrillo makes badass rods for sure.
