Reminder to get a stepped boot for the compressor outlet. Stock Borg cover on the 363 is 3". The 365 uses the HTT cummins cover, which is 2 3/4".

I agree. Can't believe the difference in how the truck sounds and performs. Totally surprised on the performance. Builds boost right away power is right there.

The difference in the curve between the up-pipes and turbo is what caught my attention. Not a sharp 90 degree bend like the other.

I should have a few video's later on. Trying to find a few different Turbo hot side hoses. The one right off the Turbo that is 2.75 X 3 has blown off 2 times. That hose is off of a pipe I made and the knurl needs to be higher. I dropped it off this morning to have that fixed and are trying to find another hose that's not so soft.

knurl ? surely you are bead rolling these pipe ?

Your right its the name that the machinist used. He puts a v shape in the pipe. I tried to find a place down here that has more of a flat type roller but I cant find anyone close.

Work got in the way of fixing the Turbo outlet pipe. Scrapped the first one this afternoon and started new. Went with a cast 45Deg elbow then a straighter pipe got rid of the rise. Should take care of it. I'll polish it another day with the intake pipe we made.

Ran the Test and Tune at PBIR to get ready for the truck only race tomorrow night. With a few new awesome Tunes from Tadd @ Elite Diesel and a few new parts from Bobby & Craig @ MPD where able to shave off a little bit of time. Saving the best for tomorrow night. Here's a run.

Another run a little more fuel about 400 more pw. Bonus was they put me up against a GT Mustang and the winner is the one with the green light that come on at the bottom right of the time board when you go thru the traps.

I know. When I first started it up I shut it right off. Double checked everything and drove it like a OL lady for a day. But I got my 60 foot back.

13.4 then backed it up twice with a 13.410 then 13.465. I talked to Tadd & Craig the more fuel the slower the times. But what I was missing was the MPH was up so the HP is there. 60 ft time was slower. So wheel slippage I guess. Dropping the air pressure down to 50 all around going to 2nd gear launch tune and a new Engine Tune Tadd sent me. Going to strip the truck also. That's has my work weight. Going to strip 2nd fuel tank and all my tool along with spare tire, tailgate. See what happens.
