For anyone still following.

Full Force bench flowed the injectors (Thanks again guys!!). Said they found some debris in 2 of the injectors. That would explain the slight smoke at idle and my miss/ rough idle.
The SRP 1.1 had a spring break internally, which must have ran through the injectors.
Since the SRP 1.1 had a broken spring, that could have been causing my low ICP numbers.

Anyways. Injectors are on the way back and I am installing twin termies this week.

Thats where the rough idle issues and "injectors puking oil" commonality is coming from on all the trucks with stealth replacement pumps. The hpo side of the injectors have debris from the pump in them.

Good deal on getting it all straightened out.

You are correct! I'm glad it's straightened out too. I felt like I chased my tail for months trying to find the source of my symptoms.

I just wish Gary had as much professionalism and as good of customer support as Full Force. Hopefully he stops selling junk to the general public. I wouldn't wish these problems I've had with my SRP 1.1 on my worst enemy.

My understanding is the early run of pumps had bad return springs. I also have been half ass told that the stock cases (core) are causing issues as are shaft problems.

I simply wish he would get it straightened out. Remember, the adrenaline was called bad names by people too for a while. Its a solid little pump now.
