Couple of those cute little Turbonetic "stage 1" turbos would work good.
They got a tiny .58 a/r on a 65mm turbine wheel, and 58mm compressors.

Probably still need gates...

But at least they are small...

Not unless you figured out a way to multiple the voltage of the VGT solenoid signal off the PCM to control each charger

Just use a signal conditioner...single input, dual output.

You can get them in a 0-5 volt, 1-5 volt, 4-20 mA, or even a 1-10 volt range.

Something that would be unique but more worthless than our president would be to have a mini turbo per cylinder. It'd be neat but stupid at the same time.

There is a guy on PSN I beleive that has a parrallel turbo 7.3. He pulls it. Looks like it runs pretty decent but idk what kind of power it makes.

My bet is that with the VGT setup, two stock turbo's would work alright. It wouldnt spool like a stock truck does, but I dont think it would be super bad?

In a perfect world, you would be able to flow enough for double the hp the stock turbo could support. The only problem I can see is...where would you put them? Not to mention that the stock exhaust manifolds exit in a way that it would almost be impossible to do any sort of piping from them up to the turbo's...so some custom manifolds would have to be made that exit in front of the firewall somewhere.

Room would definetly be an issue, if someone got it to work you would still have the same dense air just more volume so would you really see a benefit? I could be wrong maybe the air would be more dense but I wouldn't think so seeing that compounds take compressed air and then compress it even more.

This is how my twin compounds/headers is setup on a 6.4. Gives you an idea on space/headers
