It becomes super tight quick.

Yeah esp on a 6.0 adapting between turbos seams to take up the most space on the exhaust side. I have seen some cool products to help that but no matter what the foot between the intake manifold gets squeezed tight really fast. Ill be interested to see what you guys come up with. Maybe a 6.4 style uppipes would help? Not sure how all the mounting would work out tho

Yeah, even I was thinking of changing up the mounting setup this time around, but thought I had wasted enough time as it is...

I think if I moved the alternator from up top, then turned the HP turbo 90* and mounted the LP turbo above the passenger valve cover...it would be tighter, but would prolly need a 6" rise on the hood for clearance... yuck...

I never had any issues with the atmosphere in the fenderwell. But I too had alot of inner fender to protect it.

However it is nice having both turbos in the valley like a 6.4 does. Most of the reason elites are packaged so tight in the valley. Elite does the same thing with 6.0 compounds too.

seems like the precision chargers elite uses in there 6.0 kits are really compact too.

I was talking about the precisions used for the bigger 6.4 compounds too. Prob the only way it would work

Ok...may have found an issue.

Did some reading, and there is a comment in the 6.0L Bible that '03 IPR's can not be used on the newer style pumps....

Called the Ford dealer here. They said they changed the IPR for 05+, and the ICP sensor is the same on all the new style rails.

I know the IPR I have installed right now IS for the earlier style pumps....NEW...but for the 03-04 style.

I am going to hook up the AE sometime today and see what it's doing.

Well, heres a little update.

Changed out the IPR sensor. No change at all.

Went and bought a new IPC sensor and changed it out the next day...it builds to 4000 psi now!!!

Feeding the pedal down slowly, I can reach 4000 psi and hold it there...for how long I don't know cuz I still have the Fluidampnr on, so I back out of it before anything really fun happens.

Got the stock balancer back late last night, but did not get a chance to put it on today...plus we had snow on the ground this morning...

Tomorrow I will be changing out the Fluidampnr for my stock balancer, and possibly installing the inner fender. (Gosh I'm gettin lazy...)

THEN, I will begin to rip on it, and see what this setup has to offer...

Ivan that is great news, now that you mention it a local guy was having similar problems when he converted to the 04.5 rails on his 03, was dropping ICP on stock injector x race. He never found the issue and went back or log rails ... now thats on my mind its good information to know. :blitzed:

AE didn't pick up any power train codes at all.
So it was a 50/50 chance of picking the right one...course, I should have used the reverse, reverse psychology on my choice.
